Museon

The Museon (MUSEON) is an interactive museum for culture and science in The Netherlands. It is Museon’s ambition to inspire people to discover the world around them and educate themselves. It is also our mission to encourage people to treat the earth with respect. Museon seeks to realise its ambitions by offering visitors a dynamic and museological learning environment covering both existing and future topics. Our main target groups are families and schools. The museum welcomes around 170.000 visitors yearly.

Role in the project: Museon will be one of the showcases and test beds for the meSch technology, that we intend to apply in the museum’s permanent exhibition. We will aim at the use of meSch for informal learning and the development of an application that promotes collaboration between parents and their children. Part of the evaluation work will be carried out in the museum.
